Ground Beef (sold out until end of the year or beginning of 2011) $3.50/lb or $3.00/lb when purchasing 25 pounds or more. (1/2 down deposit required in advance to hold your order)
A full highland beef carcass is approximately 600 pounds hanging weight.
A full hog carcass is approximately 200 pounds hanging weight.
*Be advised that there will be approximately 25% reduction of beef carcass due to aging, cutting and trimming.
**2009 cut and wrap price .47/lb beef and .48/lb pork, determined by butcher.
